Tatjana Pato

Tatjana has a 20-year corporate track record driving transformational improvement and growth across diverse businesses, including start-ups and large, complex multinational entities. Her experience and education helped her develop a strategic focus underpinned by commercial excellence and financial, analytical thinking. She seeks actionable intelligence and data to support decision-making and believes in human resource as the most important asset of any organisation and the cornerstone to planning.

Tatjana had roles as Global Leader of Planning & Sales Operation, Head of Strategy & Analytics, Finance & Project Manager, Trustee Services Officer, small Business Owner and has Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting as well as Master of Economics and Financial Analysis. She is a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

Tatjana lives in Melbourne and enjoys spending time with her family and a German shepherd dog, Nero, in her spare time. She was an active member of her church council as a treasurer and joined the Kyeema board because she wishes to give back to the community
