Portland Neighbourhood House - Community Liaison And Support Officer

Portland Neighbourhood House is seeking a Community Liaison and Support Officer to join our Portland team, on a Casual Fixed Term Contract of 5 Hours per week for 25 weeks from commencement.

The position will involve setting up a Carer's Hub, which provides community support to Individual carers and existing carer groups (and liaising with carer organisations) to enhance opportunities for practical, recreational and wellbeing support for improved mental health outcomes

Kyeema supports over 220 individuals and their families across the Glenelg Shire with One-on-One support 7 days a week in the community and at home, group based activities weekdays, after hours and weekends and employment support.  All with an emphasis on health, well-being, fun and getting the most out of life.
